The Agreement on Movement and Access (AMA) is the commitments made by the Government of Israel and the Palestinian Authority on 15 November 2005, brokered by the United States Government and the Quartet's Special Envoy for Disengagement. This report monitors the implementation of the AMA and is published by the United Nations. It is a bi-weekly report.

Rafah crossing has remained closed for the movement of people for 787 working days. It was last openfor public use on 09 June 2007. However, the crossing was partially open on an exceptional basis forpassengers on all days during the reporting period, the same as in the previous reporting period,allowing 2,020 of authorized Palestinians, including many medical cases, to cross out, and 3,646 tocross in, compared to 342 departures and 540 arrivals in the previous reporting period.

Rafah crossing has remained closed for the movement of people for 773 working days. It was last openfor public use on 09 June 2007. However, the crossing was partially open on an exceptional basis forpassengers on all days during the reporting period compared to 13 days reported in the previousreporting period, allowing 342 authorized Palestinians, including many medical cases, to cross out, and540 to cross in, compared to 1,893 departures and 3,407 arrivals in the previous reporting period.

Rafah crossing has remained closed for the movement of people for 759 working days. It was last openfor public use on 09 June 2007. However, the crossing was partially open on an exceptional basis forpassengers on 13 days during the reporting period, the same as in the previous reporting period,allowing 1,893 authorized Palestinians, including many medical cases, to cross out, and 3,407 to crossin, compared to 211 departures and 357 arrivals in the previous reporting period.
